About Me...
There is one life to live, one last breath you could breathe, and one last hope you could give. Intertwined from the Creation, birthed into this nation, for such a time as this: Love exuberating through passion that is God-breathed to communicate a message for all to experience.
So I don’t live my life for the spectator, I live my life for the One who allows me to give you this experience.
Born in November 1980, I grew up in San Diego, CA. I started playing musical instruments at the age of 3. This eventually developed into a passion for music, art, design through multi-media.
Having a name which means “a godly man” , I believe I was destined to have a closer relationship with God. In the summer of 1992 I gave my heart to the Lord. I then turned my focus to reaching people with the gifts and talents which God has given me. I began working with the local church very intimately. I have been a leader, counselor, music director, youth pastor, and currently serve as an adminstrator and creative director at Spectrum Church in Chula Vista, CA.
Being surrounded by passionate leadership has fueled the flame in me to help local churches have the capacity of reaching the lost. Jesus said in Matthew 10:06, “...but rather go for the lost sheep.” There should be no reason why, when it is a God-given directive from God, a ministry should be struggling to reach the “lost sheep”.
Carlitos4Christ, my personal identity, represents my calling in the sense that God has called me to assist in the equipping and the edifying of the Body of Christ so that the Body may be effective, reaching those who are lost.
